I'm a growth marketing leader based in Oakland. By day I run marketing at Gridwise, the rideshare/delivery driver analytics platform — both the consumer app and our B2B data business. On the side, I take on a small slate of fractional CMO and growth-advisory engagements with early- and growth-stage teams.

Eleven years in, my range is consumer and B2B SaaS, brand and pipeline, content-led growth engines and the unglamorous RevOps plumbing underneath. Two things I'm pretty convinced of.

First, content strategy is the most leveraged investment a marketing team can make — and it only gets truer as AI raises the floor on what every product can do. The work that wins is the work that's hardest to copy.

Second, I'm AI-native. I lead with AI when I think about how marketing should actually run, then weave it into the systems and teams already in place. Not AI as a sidekick — AI as the operating system.

VP of Marketing

Owned marketing across Gridwise's consumer and enterprise businesses, driving 300%+ revenue growth in 18 months across consumer subscriptions and enterprise B2B analytics licenses and scaling the company to an 8-figure annual run rate.

Consumer growth
  • Led the consumer growth team, doubling subscription MRR while driving 2× lower cost per subscriber, 4× faster payback, and 4.1× higher LTV:CAC.
  • Leveraged lifecycle marketing to improve early activation, increasing trial activation +55% and reducing cost per subscriber 49% through behavior-based onboarding and early-life engagement.
  • Tripled organic search visibility by scaling high-intent written content and strengthening on-site SEO, resulting in an 80% increase in organic subscriptions.
  • Improved GEO (AI search) visibility into the top 3 results across 7 target industry topics, driving a 23% increase in organic subscriptions.
B2B analytics pipeline
  • Built and scaled the Gridwise Analytics pipeline engine, leading a team of 3 to drive 78% YoY SQL growth and 99% pipeline expansion, achieving 6× pipeline coverage and $5M in quarterly pipeline generated in 18 months on a reduced budget.
Content & PR
  • Rebuilt content strategy to position Gridwise as the category thought leader, deploying a cross-platform narrative across partnerships, PR, paid, and events that drove 120-140+ incremental MQLs.
  • Drove 100+ media and PR placements including dozens of tier 1 placements, to establish Gridwise as the leading authority on gig worker pay and engagement metrics, making organic marketing the #1 source of net-new revenue.
RevOps & infrastructure
  • Orchestrated a Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration, eliminating post-sales invoicing and data delivery issues and built an agentic AI inbound SDR that improved lead response time by 47% and MQL → SQL conversion rates by 25%.
